Villa Caterina is an avant-garde structure. Its design has been entrusted to a team composed by architects, sustainability experts and professionals in designing spaces for people with mental illness.
The building is surrounded by green areas and cultivable lands, features an internal garden, which can be accessed from the recreational hall. Rooms are both single and double. Common spaces include a dining hall, a wide recreational hall, which features also exercise/sports facilities, and a library.
